CADRE mechanic workshop is equipped with required team and machineries to fabricate moulds for the following types of industry:
- Injection plastic moulding
- Blowing plastic moulding (H.D.P.E & P.E.T)
- Thermoforming plastic moulding
- Rubber moulding
In addition, our team is professionally conducting the renovation/repair/adjust for production lines.
In sum, all manufacturing / fabrication processes are executed based on detailed engineering drawings received from the Engineering department. The process is controlled by a production manager, fabrication foremen and supervisors.
Our prefabrication studies are carefully designed to minimize any required site modifications or re-fabrication works. All materials are delivered properly QA/QC tagged and ready to install, thus minimizing workspace required and idle time for the construction crews.
